Santenay lies at the southern tip of the celebrated Côte d’Or and is home to some of the region’s best buys, like this one from the renowned Maison Joseph Drouhin. Established in 1880, Maison Joseph Drouhin is still family-owned and run, with the fourth generation now at the helm. 2021 was a cooler year which gives this lovely freshness, perfume and purity. Vibrant red cherry and raspberry fruit is lifted by notes of rose petal and subtle leathery spice. Drinking beautifully now and enjoy over the next 5-10 years.
