Altos 的旗艦酒款自 2006 年問世以來，已橫掃超過 180 面金牌與無數高分評價；其中 2020 年份更一舉奪下三面金牌並獲得 95 分高度肯定。這是一款風格嚴謹、具特級園氣質的里奧哈 (Rioja) 紅酒，選用 80 年以上老藤田帕尼歐 (Temprenillo) 與格拉西亞諾 (Graciano) 釀造，在新法國橡木桶與陶罐中熟成，層層黑色漿果風味交織香料盒般的複雜氣息，深度與個性兼具，展現 Altos 旗艦酒的王者風範。

此酒由曾於歐布里昂堡 (Château Haut-Brion) 受訓的釀酒師 Jean-Marc Sauboua 操刀，他於 2006 年創立 Altos，至今已累積超過 300 項金牌、獎盃與高分榮耀。團隊成員亦包括擁有國際名莊經驗的 Amaia Amestoy 與 Hector Gomez，曾任職於納帕谷 (Napa Valley) 的Château Montelena、里奧哈的Contino 與 Murrieta，以及杜埃羅河岸 (Ribera Del Duero) 的Villacreces，為酒款品質奠定堅實基礎。

釀造過程採用勃根地 (Burgundy) 傳統「翻渣法（pigeage）」，於開放式發酵槽中每日三次手工下壓葡萄皮，萃取出最純粹的風味與結構。酒液隨後在新法國橡木桶與陶罐中陳年兩年，未經過濾直接裝瓶，完整保留老藤果實的力量、細節與里奧哈風土的原始魅力。
