It comes from the Awatere Valley, known for its river and proximity to the coast and mountainous southern alps. All of which make for a perfect environment for growing pristine Sauvignon Blanc. The little cellar where this is made is also supplied by a loyal roster of 4th and 5th generation grape growers. Vibrant fresh aromas typical of the Awatere Valley. Succulent fruit balanced by lovely, subtle, flinty minerality. This is a seductively powerful and moreish wine with a beautifully understated elegance.
